Background As the owner of Advanced Building Systems, my hands-on involvment in the home construction business gives you, the home buyer, added assurance that you will be working with a builder that indeed has the depth of experience and knowledge--reaching back 30+ years. This broad range of experience is one of the most valuable attributes any builder can bring to its customers. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit many years ago, a roofing business was established. From that, the business expanded to virtually every aspect of home construction including: roofing painting excavating (small to very large projects) digging footers landscaping tile work framing termite and home inspections and more. Each lot, each home--especially custom homes--brings its own set of circumstances and challenges. Our in-depth knowedge and experience works to your advantage as these challenges are minimized. As a hands-on builder, I do approximately 50% of the work.
